HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and run engaging daily activities for Residents across our dementia, nursing and residential homes. You will use your planning skills and empathy to enhance wellbeing and social interaction.

You will support the Home Manager with events and campaigns, involve care teams, and ensure safeguarding and high standards of care. A positive, friendly attitude and solid IT ability are essential.

Formación

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programmes.
• Positive energy, friendly, and able to engage residents.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement activities for residents to enhance wellbeing.
• Support Home Manager with fundraising events and programme development.
• Encourage socialisation and involvement of care-home staff in activities.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues in a kind, respectful manner.
