You will collaborate with the kitchen team, assist with stock control, and help ensure all food safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking for residents with dietary requirements.
• Knowledge of high standard cleanliness and health and safety practices.
• Ability to guide and coach kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Produce varied, tasty menus and accommodate dietary needs.
• Prepare and serve meals while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Control stock and assist with ordering and procurement.
