Holmes Care Group is seeking a Cook to join our care home kitchen. You will prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety while accommodating diverse dietary requirements.

Applicants should have cook experience, hold relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates, and be committed to delivering excellent resident care and teamwork in a busy kitchen environment.

• Ability to accommodate dietary requirements for residents.
• Holds relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Produce varied, tasty menus for residents while meeting dietary needs.
• Prepare and serve meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Guide and coach the kitchen team and manage stock.
• Oversee stock control, replenishment and ordering.
• Maintain Food Health and Safety documentation.
