Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook with ability to accommodate dietary requirements.
• Hold relevant Food Hygiene Certificates.
• Aware of kitchen regulations and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce varied, tasty menus while considering dietary requirements.
• Provide special diets where necessary.
• Clean and wash up after meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Guide and coach kitchen team.
• Stock control and ordering.
