Job summary

HC-One is recruiting an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. This full-time role covers 30 hours per week and places kindness at the heart of every interaction.

You’ll work with the Home Manager to organise events, encourage socialising, and develop activity ideas based on Residents’ interests. Strong planning, organisational and IT skills, with safeguarding training, are essential.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Good IT skills and safeguarding familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for Residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage Residents to socialise and involve care home staff.
