Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities that brighten Residents' days across our Dementia, Nursing and Residential care homes. You will support fundraising events and help create activity ideas based on Residents' hobbies, always prioritising kindness in every interaction.

You will bring a background with vulnerable individuals, strong planning, organisational and IT skills, and the ability to work closely with the Home Manager and care team to

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals or care settings is desirable.
• Experience developing activity programmes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning and time-management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing and residential settings.
• Assist the Home Manager with organising fundraising events and activities.
• Engage Residents and co-workers with kindness and a collaborative spirit.
