HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and implement engaging activities for Residents, supporting their social needs and wellbeing.

You will help organise fundraising events with the Home Manager and work across the care home team to develop activity ideas based on Residents' interests. We value warm, kind individuals with strong planning, IT, and interpersonal skills who can connect with Residents and colleagues alike, ensuring safeguarding and respectful two-way

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals is preferred.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities are essential.
• Ability to communicate with Residents, families and staff with kindness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that engage Residents.
• Assist Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Collaborate with care home team to deliver person-centred activity programmes.
