Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (15 hours per week) across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes in the UK. You will plan and deliver activities that delight Residents, helping them socialise and enjoy meaningful days with a kind, compassionate approach.

We value planning, IT and time-management skills, plus safeguarding awareness. You’ll support the Home Manager with events and collaborate with the care team to create engaging activities

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals.
• Ideally developing activity programmes.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills and time management.
• Able to communicate with Residents and co-workers with kindness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight Residents.
• Support Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage Residents to socialise and participate.
