Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to bring kindness and energy to our care home. You will plan engaging activities for residents, help organise fundraising events with the Home Manager, and encourage social interaction among residents and the team.

You’ll need a positive, caring approach, strong organisational skills, and comfort with coordinating events and activities in a care home setting. Training and development are supported as you grow.

• Assist the Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage residents to socialise and join in activities.
