Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across our Dementia, Nursing and Residential care homes. You will support fundraising events and help create a warm, compassionate team culture.

We value kindness, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to help residents socialise. This full-time role is on-site in Wales, with a focus on supporting residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Kind, respectful communication with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Help the Home Manager organise fundraising events.
• Encourage residents to socialise and involve care home teams.
