Job description

The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking Residences Housekeeping Attendants to join our Residences Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residential spaces, Spa Treatment Rooms, and fulfilling guest requests to ensure their comfort.

The Peninsula London offers a luxurious and elegant setting, emphasizing high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, with this position contributing significantly to our service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to all guests, following Peninsula Principles at all stages
  • Note guest preferences and update profiles through daily communication with the Operations Manager
  • Maintain cleanliness in Front of House and Back of House areas, including floor pantries, toilets, storage rooms, and Pool and Spa areas
  • Record requests, jobs, defects, or issues using established communication methods

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping and guest room cleaning in a luxury hotel
  • Passion for quality luxury hotel service and hygiene standards
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and a positive attitude
