Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure apartments and guest rooms are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with amenities to uphold the highest standards.
• Engage with guests professionally, promptly responding to their requests and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Maintain a daily room checklist for thoroughness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments, report maintenance issues promptly, and adhere to hotel policies to maintain a smooth and high-quality operation.

About You

Previous experience in a luxury setting is ideal, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
