What you'll do

As a Spa Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Guest Care and Treatments: Ensure the cleanliness of the Spa during the day, including sanitising areas, changing linen, and maintaining equipment to provide guests with the best experience.

• Guest Requests: Collaborate with the team to keep equipment clean and functioning correctly.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a spa environment, managing guest requests.
• Knowledge of treatments, contra-indications, and skincare retail sales is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication skills; English is the primary language used.
• Immaculate personal grooming standards.

Preferred Skills

• Proven retail sales experience.
