Job description

The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking Residences Housekeeping Attendants to join our Residences Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residential spaces, Spa Treatment Rooms, and fulfilling any guest requests to ensure resident comfort.

The Peninsula London offers a luxurious and elegant setting, where high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are essential. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to join our flagship hotel in London.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide personalized service to all guests, following Peninsula Principles at all stages. Communicate daily with the Operations Manager to note guest preferences and update profiles.
  • Maintain cleanliness in Front of House areas, Back of House areas, floor pantries, toilets, storage rooms, and Pool and Spa Areas.
  • Record requests, jobs, defects, or issues through our communication methods.
General Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping and guest room cleaning within a luxury hotel.
  • Passion for and commitment to luxury hotel service and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
