Responsibilities
- Respond to Residence owners’ and guests’ requests for information and services, coordinating with appropriate departments as needed.
- Escort visitors and maintain the lobby area, ensuring safety and brand standards.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms and other safety systems; respond to incidents per SOPs.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Bell/Valet, Housekeeping and Engineering to resolve calls, requests or problems.
- Complete incident reports and participate in safety trainings as required.
