Responsibilities

• Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns and requests.
• Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a friendly greeting and name when possible.
• Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.
• Process all guest check-ins/check-outs, including payments and potential charges.
• Provide area recommendations and information about local attractions and services.
