Raffles Residential Concierge in London is seeking a professional to deliver a warm, personalised service to residents and guests. You will be the go-to contact in the building, managing arrivals, coordinating requests, and ensuring impeccable front-of-house presentation.

The role requires experience in luxury environments, a strong service mindset, and the ability to work within a 24h operational schedule while upholding brand standards and discretion.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.
• Recent experience in luxury residential environments or 5-star hotels.
• Market knowledge of competitors and event industry trends.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised concierge service to residents and guests.
• Be the primary point of contact, maintaining a professional presence.
• Manage arrivals/departures of residents, guests, and contractors.
• Coordinate bookings, taxis, couriers, deliveries, and local recommendations.
• Oversee front-of-house presentation and maintain brand standards.
• Monitor security systems and respond calmly to issues.
• Liaise with property management and maintenance teams.
• Handle enquiries professionally and escalate when needed.
• Manage keys, access fobs, parcels, and deliveries securely.
• Maintain confidential records of interactions and requests.
• Support health, safety, data protection compliance.
• Represent the brand with immaculate presentation and hospitality.
• Perform additional duties or work in another department when required.
