Job summary

The Shaw Trust Limited in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire is seeking a CFO Hub Support Worker to manage a caseload of participants across the CFO Activity Hubs and community settings. You will help participants engage, break down barriers to resettlement, and achieve milestones while delivering services at satellite hubs around the region.

The role requires ICT proficiency, Level 2 English & Maths, and experience supporting prisoners with complex needs.

Qualifications

• ICT proficiency including all major Microsoft applications (Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent)
• Commitment to rehabilitation of prisoners with experience supporting prisoners and prison leavers with complex needs
• Skilled in managing challenging behaviour, building effective partnerships and achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening and motivational skills to support diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants in the community and CFO Activity Hubs to support engagement and resettlement
• Facilitate delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region
