Job summary

THE SHAW TRUST LIMITED in Kent is seeking a CFO Hub Support Worker to help participants engage with education, training and employment opportunities through the Creating Future Opportunities hubs across the region.

You will manage a caseload, support individuals with complex needs, collect data accurately, and work with partners to overcome barriers, deliver at pop-up hubs, and help participants achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs to engage education, training or employment.
• Experience with data entry and attention to detail.
• Proven track record meeting targets and KPIs.
• Experience working with external stakeholders such as employers or local authorities.
• Understanding of mental/physical health and inclusion approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants in the community and CFO Activity Hubs.
• Facilitate delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region.
• Support participants to engage and progress towards milestones and develop skills.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to provide progression routes.

Description

Purpose

Managing a caseload of participants in the community and CFO (Creating Future Opportunities) Activity Hubs, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets. Facilitating delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region.

Essential

You will have:

• Demonstrable experience of motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals of education, training and employment.

• Experience with data entry, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs.
• Experience of working with external stakeholders in providing exceptional participant support or progression routes, working with employers or local authorities or health services or voluntary sector organisations.
• An understanding of, and positive attitude towards: mental and physical health; community and social inclusion; and a strength and assets-based approach to engaging participants.
