Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated practitioner to manage a caseload of participants in community settings and at Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Activity Hubs. You will support engagement, breaking down barriers to resettlement and helping participants achieve milestones while developing enhanced skillsets.

Qualifications

• ICT proficiency including all major Microsoft applications.
• Experience supporting prisoners and prison leavers with complex needs.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and achieve targets while maintaining boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with motivational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants in the community and at Activity Hubs.
• Support engagement and progress towards education, training and employment.
• Facilitate delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region.
