Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Reservations Team Member for The Grand, York. This part-time role sits at Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock, turning enquiries into bookings with style, speed and precision to start every guest journey with a wow.

As part of the Reservations team you will handle reservation requests, share expert knowledge on rooms, packages and amenities, and collaborate with front desk and sales to maximise occupancy while delivering five-star service.
