A leading hospitality brand in London is seeking a passionate Reservations Supervisor to support the reservations team at its head office. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service standards, overseeing the reservations process, and managing group accommodation bookings, all while fostering a high-performance culture.

What you will be doing as a Reservations Supervisor;
At Frasers Hospitality UK Ltd we are looking for a motivated Reservations Supervisor to join our team at our UK Head Office. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures and supervising the reservations team. Whilst co-ordinating that all reservations personnel ensure they perform their duties correctly, you will handle all group accommodation for London. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.
You are a flexible and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. If you are an excellent communicator and problem solver this role will help you develop these skills further and your leadership skills will further expand as you effectively manage and motivate your colleagues. You should have previous experience in reservations and be driven to succeed and deliver the best results.
