Job summary

Imago Venues is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to maximise occupancy and revenue across its hotel portfolio. You will manage individual and group enquiries and ensure bookings are handled accurately from enquiry to arrival.

This role blends sales, administration and customer service, working with Front of House teams and the Commercial Team to deliver an exceptional booking experience while identifying opportunities to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, hospitality, hotel or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Good commercial awareness and results-focused mindset.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and financial awareness.
• Confidence using reservation systems and IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming accommodation and group reservation enquiries, checking availability and securing bookings.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals and contracts for group accommodation bookings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for accommodation requirements.
• Accurately process booking amendments, cancellations and guest requests.
• Ensure all reservation billing information, deposits, advance payments and cancellation charges are recorded accurately.
• Support the management of room availability and rates across booking channels.
• Work closely with Front of House teams to communicate guest requirements, booking information and availability updates.
• Assist Sales Coordinators with room allocations and delegate accommodation lists.
• Promote our venues and services confidently, identifying opportunities to maximise occupancy and additional revenue.
• Maintain accurate booking records and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey
