Job summary

Crest Hotels in Llandrindod Wells is seeking a Reservations and Groups Co-ordinator to join the Central Sales & Partnership Hub. You will handle inquiries, rooming lists and group bookings across the Crest Hotels portfolio, with scope to work across the 9 hotels within the group.

You will manage enquiries from initial contact to arrival and final accounts, maximise revenue through upselling and rate knowledge, and maintain clear communication with guests, clients, finance teams and hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations and group bookings.
• Proven ability to manage enquiries to arrival.
• Experience taking payments and following up deposits or balances.
• Working knowledge of a PMS (RezControl) preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong written English and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle individual reservations and group bookings across Crest Hotels.
• Prepare quotations and contracts; maintain booking records.
• Manage rooming lists and release dates; collect deposits and balances.
• Proactively chase overdue payments in line with policy.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, clients, finance teams and hotel operations.
