Job summary

Crest Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations and Groups Co-ordinator to join the Central Sales & Partnership Hub Office in the UK. You will manage enquiries, group bookings and rooming lists across all Crest Hotels, ensuring accurate quotations and smooth arrivals.

Reporting to the Hub Manager, you will maximise room revenue through upselling and rate knowledge while maintaining excellent communication with guests, clients, and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or group bookings is desirable.
• Experience handling individual and group bookings from enquiry through to arrival.
• Good written English and numeracy are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle individual reservations and group bookings across Crest Hotels portfolio.
• Prepare quotations and contracts; maintain booking records and rooming lists.
• Manage deposits and balances; chase overdue payments per company policy; communicate with guests and teams.
