Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd is seeking an Event Sales / Reservations Agent who is friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused. You will handle event and accommodation enquiries, convert bookings, coordinate customer requirements and deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to event completion.

We’re looking for excellent communication and customer service, plus prior sales, reservations or hospitality experience.

About the Hotel

Nestled on the peaceful banks of its own ornamental lake, the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd offers convenient access to a variety of local attractions. Guests can choose from Standard, Club or Suite accommodation, the majority of which offer picturesque views over the lake.

• Salary: up to £27,040.00 per annum
• Working Hours: 40 over 5 days
