Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts in London near High Street Kensington is seeking a reservations professional to respond to and convert meetings and event enquiries of all sizes. You will work in a small, sales-focused team and coordinate with on-site colleagues to bring events to life.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, can work quickly with accurate responses, and a passion for hospitality and customer service. Delphi or Opera Cloud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately at a fast pace with quick response times.

• A sales hunger demonstrated through conversion and upsell results.

• Experience as a reservation agent would be advantageous.
