Job description

  • Competitive hourly Rate – Get paid for every hour that you work
  • Weekly pay – You get paid every Friday
  • Office hours – Monday to Friday
  • Shifts between – 8am to 7pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • Work alongside a dedicated Reservations & Sales office team

Package

  • Hourly from £13.00 per hour (including holiday), depending on experience

What’s involved?

As Reservations Agent your duties will include handling any incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email and online platforms. Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations and special requests whilst navigating the system to manage the bookings and maintain accurate guest information.

Requirement?

  • Prior experience as a Reservations Administrator, Coordinator or Agent
  • Hospitality background essential
  • Proven experience of using Salesforce would be advantageous or at least knowledge of Opera but some training can be provided
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible to work shifts
