Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Service the Service and Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the Retrofit Advisory team and Customer Service Team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving company sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and leading the team to success.

Key Responsibilities

·Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

·Sales Strategy:In conjunction with the Head of Department develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth andachieve sales goals by following a defined sales process with potential customers and meeting key performance indicators.

·Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyse sales data, and provide actionable insights.

·Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.

·Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

·Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the salesteam.

·Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies withcompany objectives.

Qualifications

·Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer advisory environment, with at least 2 years in a leadershiprole.

·Education: Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.

·Results-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.
