Job Overview

Can you work in a fast-paced environment? Do you have amazing Customer Service Skills? We have a wonderful opportunity to work as a reservations agent for a very well-recognized London Restaurant, assisting with the run-up to the very busy Christmas period.

Responsibilities

1. Taking bookings over the phone & email
2. Working your magic to accommodate the bookings
3. Dealing with VIPs
4. Providing outstanding customer service

Availability

You must be available to start immediately and be willing to register to cover the following shifts:

1. 8am – 5pm
2. 9am – 6pm
3. 10am – 7pm
4. 12pm – 9pm
5. 1pm – 10pm

Qualifications

If you have experience in this role, that would be awesome; however, if you are used to spinning plates and offering top-level customer service, this role could work for you too.
