Aircall is seeking a Sales Leader for the UK, Ireland & Nordics region as we continue to grow one of our key markets. The Aircall London team is nearly 2 years old and is now looking to accelerate in our Strategic segment, managing mid-market opportunities of 100-1000 employees.
You will report directly to our Sales Director for UK, Ireland & Nordics, and will be responsible for driving revenue and pipeline growth in this segment, as well as refining existing processes or creating new ones to bring consistency and predictability. You will be a core part of the UKI & Nordics Leadership team, helping to drive regional strategy and advocating for your team to help accelerate growth.
You will lead by example as a player/coach by managing your own opportunities and driving best practices across your team of 3 AEs to help them succeed. You are a strong people manager, passionate about designing and scaling a successful and demanding sales organization, and comfortable collaborating with marketing, SDR, and partnerships teams to drive new pipeline and increase win rates.
