Reservations Agent - Immediate Start

Location: The Lincoln Suites London, Kingsway (Holborn)

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, your core responsibilities include:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be fully knowledgeable about hotel facilities, services, and promotions to maximize sales.
2. Stay aware of hotel availability and maximize room sales through upselling.
3. Maintain and share information about external events, competitor rates, and market intelligence.
4. Understand hotel profitability and use this knowledge for business evaluation and rate negotiations.
5. Monitor competitor pricing and market demand to inform pricing strategies.
6. Be aware of financial targets and contribute to achieving them.
7. Prepare reports for management as needed.
8. Conduct weekly rate and sales strategy reviews.
9. Have good knowledge of the local area for guest assistance.
10. Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
11. Support the reception team by covering shifts when needed.
12. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high energy and a proactive attitude.
13. Maintain a positive attitude, smile, and contribute to a cheerful work environment.
14. Fluency in English is required.

• Reservations experience
• MEWS PMS experience
• Ability to work under pressure independently
