Regional Rooms Reservation Agent Role

The Regional Rooms Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing room bookings across both hotels, coordinating reservation systems, and ensuring guest preferences and needs are met with precision and care. This role requires excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage room reservations for both Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch, ensuring efficient handling of bookings, inquiries, and adjustments.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with reservation needs, including special requests and bespoke arrangements.
3. Maintain a detailed understanding of ongoing promotions, room rates, and special packages across both hotels.
4. Train and support other reservation agents to promote consistency and excellence in customer service.
5. Resolve reservation issues proactively with a customer-focused approach.
