Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a customer-oriented Reservations Agent for a property in East London. You will manage bookings, handle inquiries, and provide information about rooms, rates, and services.

In this on-site role, you input details in the PMS, assist with modifications or cancellations, and upsell hotel amenities to enhance guest stays while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Training and a collaborative team culture are provided.

This role is the first point of contact for many potential guests, responsible for handling inquiries, processing reservations, and providing information about the property and its amenities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for hospitality, contributing to a positive guest experience from the initial contact.

Key Responsibilities
