Placements24 is seeking a customer-oriented Reservations Agent for a property in East London. You will manage bookings, handle inquiries, and provide information about rooms, rates, and services.

In this on-site role, you input details in the PMS, assist with modifications or cancellations, and upsell hotel amenities to enhance guest stays while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Training and a collaborative team culture are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
• Input reservation details into the property management system.
• Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, packages, and services.
• Assist guests with modifications or cancellations of existing reservations.
• Upsell services and amenities to enhance the guest stay and revenue.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve basic booking issues.
