Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort - Reservations is seeking a Reservationist to join our team in the UK. You will work closely with colleagues to oversee the reservations and booking process, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience from enquiry to confirmation.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, upselling, and efficient task completion, with opportunities to contribute ideas and support the team.

About this role…

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Reservations Team as a Reservationist.

You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the reservations and booking process. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during the booking process.
