Job summary

Woodlands Event Centre - Reception is seeking a friendly Venue Host to join our reception team. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, answer questions and be the face of Woodlands, helping guests have a memorable experience.

This role requires strong communication, a genuinely helpful attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be flexible to a rota across seven days, supporting our family-owned culture.

Job description

We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Venue Host Team at the Woodlands, working 32 hours over 4 days.
The expectations we have in relation to standards are high.

Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them.Your day will be varied,checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the Woodlands. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience.
