Reservationist (Booker)
If you understand the importance of the perfect guest journey – we are searching for a Reservationist (Booker) to join our team at Chateau Denmark. The role operates from a simple sentiment - you never get a second chance at a first impression. A statement, never truer than in hospitality and Chateau Denmark’s guest experience will define the entire neighbourhood.

Purpose
As a Reservationist (Booker), you’ll have a natural passion and desire to deliver the best possible guest journey and experience and connection between our guests and Chateau Denmark. With the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district, and the community.
As a highly valued team member, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, helping define and articulate it from arrival to departure. Bringing an unparalleled level of service, you’ll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.
