Job description

We’re looking for a Head Reservationist to join our team. You should have experience in restaurant reservations or similar roles such as reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management. Familiarity with OpenTable and email systems, along with excellent communication skills both on the phone and face-to-face, is essential.

Along with your natural flair for first-class service and hospitality, you’ll be consistent, reliable, and eager to lead, develop, and inspire a happy and supportive reservations team.
