As a Reservationist at Ashdown Park Hotel, part of the Elite Hotel Group, you will be joining a dynamic, friendly team dealing with sales enquiries via telephone or email. The team provides the highest quality of guest service standards with the aim of exceeding expectations at all times.
You will ensure guest room bookings and dinner reservations are managed professionally using our Property Management System called Opera; liaise with the reception team and conference office; and be responsible for your own administration. You will be knowledgeable about Ashdown Park Hotel's facilities and confident in promoting and recommending these to guests to maximize sales and provide excellent service. Additionally, you should be aware of our competitors’ facilities and special promotions.
The Reservations Office operates 7 days a week; therefore, rotas will include working on Saturdays and/or Sundays on a rotational basis.
