The role

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office. You will provide market insights and support high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining data to build a comprehensive database and talent pool
• Presenting progress reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative formats
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-initial screening
• Collaborating to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
