The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support for high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining a comprehensive database and talent pool
• Presenting progress reports to stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative data
• Proactively engaging with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-initial screening
• Collaborating with partners on shortlist creation and candidate profiling
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
