The role

Due to the division's growth, we are seeking a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office. The role involves providing market insights and support for high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database and talent pool
• Providing progress reports to stakeholders
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Collaborating on shortlist and candidate profiling
• Expanding market knowledge through events and industry literature
