The Role

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a diligent graduate to join our Portsmouth office. You will provide market insights and support high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database of talent pools
• Providing updates and reports to stakeholders
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-screening
• Collaborating to produce candidate shortlists and profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events and literature
