The role

Due to the growth of our division, we are seeking a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office. The role involves providing market insights and supporting high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining data to build a comprehensive database and talent pool
• Providing progress reports to stakeholders, including qualitative and quantitative data
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Collaborating to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
