The role

Due to ongoing growth, we seek a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support for high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database of talent pools
• Reporting progress to stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative updates
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-screening
• Collaborating on shortlist creation and candidate profiling
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
