The role

Due to the growth of our division, we are looking for a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office. You will provide market insights and support high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database and talent pool
• Providing updates and reports to stakeholders
• Proactively engaging with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Assisting in producing shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team collaboration
