The role

Due to the continual success and growth of the division, we are looking for a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support to deliver on high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Executive Search team to provide research support for live retained mandates and other market-mapping projects.
• Tracking progress and recording data to create an overarching database and talent pool.
• Presenting progress/update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative formats.
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates through specific head-hunting techniques.
• Following initial candidate screening, leading all candidate engagement and relationship management.
• Working with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles.
• Proactively expanding your market knowledge through event attendance, access to market literature, and collaboration with our team of consultants who have first-rate market knowledge.
