The role

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office. You will provide market insights and support high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live retained mandates and market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining data to create a database and talent pool
• Providing progress and update reports to stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative data
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Collaborating with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through event attendance, literature, and team expertise
