The role

Due to our continued growth, we seek a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support for high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database of potential candidates
• Providing updates and reports to stakeholders
• Proactively engaging with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Assisting in producing candidate shortlists and profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events and literature
